Returns

UK Orders

  • You can cancel an order up to 14 days after you receive it and receive a full refund including basic shipping costs (basic shipping costs only refunded for orders over £42). You then have a further 14 days to return your order.
  • If you reside within the UK and you cancel your entire order within 14 days of receipt of your goods, we will refund the standard postage costs you paid as part of that order, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations for orders over £42
  • If you paid for an enhanced delivery method, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. We will not refund any postage charges if you cancel after 14 days of receipt – or if you only cancel part of your order.
  • Please email us at sales@salicedirect.com to get a returns number and instructions on how to return your items.
  • Most returns cost £3.75, however we will advise on the exact cost when you email us for a returns number. In some cases we will be unable to arrange the return using our carrier, in this case you will need to arrange the delivery of the return
  • A refund will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.
  • If returned items show signs of having been installed we cannot issue any refunds.
  • Returns requested after the 14 day period and up to 28 days after receiving the goods will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • No returns are accepted after 28 days of receiving the goods. 

International Orders

  • You can returns goods to us, however you must let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods, after this period no returns are accepted. Only the cost of the goods will be refunded, not carriage costs.
  • You will need to arrange the delivery of the return at your own expense. We advise you use a tracked and insured method, as we will not refund missing goods.
